What to do for the week of Sept. 28 - Charcuterie boards are delicious no matter how they look, but this workshop teaches the technique behind meat folding and fruit and cheese carving to put your board over the top. Sullivan’s Board Co. owner Lacey Funderburk will provide tips for grocery shopping the essentials and ideas for different bases to use as the foundation for charcuterie arrangements — and of course, you can sip on Ghost Monkey beer while you learn. The workshop provides supplies for an 8×8 charcuterie box for two.
